    ok I found the solution , I will write it here for others to make use of it :

    look for the below code:

    #RandomPostsByWondermill_Widget a{
    display:block;
    text-decoration:none;
    width:<?php echo $instance[‘max_width’]+2; ?>px;

    adjust the +2 and uncrease it to +12 , this will increase border size so picture will become in the middle
