a problem with Conversational Forms

    i need some help with a addon for wpforms i use Conversational Forms for my form but wen you fil in when you sellect a choose then the is a next field or not, but it jumps to the top every time how or wat is wrong with it or do i somthing wrong.

    Since the Conversational Forms addon is a paid feature, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance? 

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    it just pass it just 1 day not few days
    and the person did make a ticket on but never recive a mail aboout it

    Sadly the person who did make the ticket, he did not get any mail about it witch ticket is,
