a problem with a meny that adds /categories/

i have a problem with my setup of this webpage https://www.kickdrivemedia.com
in the mid section there is a menu but links put in /category/ for some reason like
https://www.kickdrivemedia.com/category/seo/Does anyone know how i can change this so the links are just kickdrivemedia.com/seo etc…
Im gretting frustrated here guys ??
