have you looked at that error?

its attempting to connect here:

submissions.ask.com:80

submissions.ask.com is a hostname, and 80 is a port.

web servers listen on port 80.

therefore this:

https://submissions.ask.com/

is where its connecting to.

when that page loads, that error will go away.

PS: if you want to get rid of the error sooner than that then locate whatever is initiating the connection, and disable it.
