    Hello,

    I am getting a weird error after updating the plugin. I am not sure what is going and I am not that good with techy stuff. The problem is after I click on add new post, I see a white page with this message in it ” There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    If anyone can help with this step by step, I will be so happy and thankful.

  • I just did an update to 3.57 and I’m having lots of problems throughout my site. This is the error message that I get (even when I’m not playing with any PopUps):

    Please help ASAP! I had hoped to do an update of my website on Christmas Day when there were no users using it. Instead, it’s broken!

    I’m having this problem too. Don’t have time to read through threads and constantly having to do these error fixes. Hopefully, the developer replies and posts a fix soon.

    We are deeply sorry for the caused inconvenience.
    Indeed there was a glitch in the new update.

    Now everything is solved and you can freely update to the last 3.58 version.
    With the new version all the errors and bugs had been fixed by our developers.
