A post with two text boxes

Hi all,
I wonder if the following is possible:
I wanna have the following structure in the template: my publication, then comments, then have the option to add a second text box, with a translation to the text. That is, I don’t want to have the translation in the same text with the original post, which means, that I need two text fields for one and the same post, and I would be able to place the second part of the post in a suitable place in the skin. Is it possible? Thanks in advance!!
