A post plugin as described?

  • Or could an existing one be modified to work in such a manner? I would like either of the two to be achieved:

    1) a second entry for posts for a second user. That is usr A makes a post, and then if user B wishes to follow up or update the post with their thoughts, they can do so in summary form which will be posted undearth the original post.

    2) a special comment box – available only to site authors with a user x level, that is used as s econdary/summary post that, regardless of the number of other comments, is placed at the very top of the comments list – like a sticky of sorts. User checks Summary box, enters text and then its displayed. If a user tries to enter a scond comment it will be standard

    Is there some reasonable way to achieve either of these?

    Ok, so assuming there is no plugin of this ilk, what about a hack that could help me achieve this?
