A political statement or some really weird bug?

  • After about half an hour of troubleshooting, I finally figured out that the reason I could not publish a post was the inclusion of the text “European Union.” (without the quotes). Even with an otherwise empty post, trying to publish this text causes an error and a blank page.

    Is this some sort of weird bug in 2.5.1, or a hidden political statement?

  • More likely some odd security setting on your host’s machine. We are aware of a few words that could be percieved as “command lines” (e.g. curl, fopen) by a too strict setting, but never heard (yet) about this one.
