A Plugin with plenty of gusto…

I have a vision for my website. As an author and writer, one of the methodologies I wish to present is called, “One Minute Poems.” Within my blog, I would like logged in members to select on a write a poem button. Then, a pop-up would appear. In the upper left corner would contain a timer starting at 60 seconds and decrementing down to zero. If the writer finishes in advance, great! They can just hit the finished button. On the other side of the things, if the writer runs out of time, no additional text will be allowed. For each poem written, there are two choices: Post or Trash. I am hoping someone out there may know someone who may either know of a 3rd part solution or a good customization organization.
