No.

Feed is a feed is a feed. Your blog feed gives out as many articles as you specified in that setting. No need to go back and delete anything.

Can I ask why the concern? Perhaps if we knew the root issue behind your question?

Cause my https://www.bryanchung.sg/feed seem to be taking too long to load. ?? it has improve after I use wp-super-cache.

You want to delete old posts, removing them from your blog, to speed up your feed?

I just checked your feed. It currently shows the 10 most current posts. It took less than a second for me to pull it from your site. The first time someone views your feed they don’t see ALL of your posts. They only see the 10 most current posts.

Now, you could go delete all of your blog content except for those 10 posts and, frankly, I’d be stunned if that would speed things up at all.

No sir. But you certainly help me lots! ?? The question about deleting older posts is just a side-track from this main topic objective. Just wondering if my database of entries grow to big, I might want to delete older entries. So that is why I asked is there a plugin that allows me to delete posts that are older than a number of days.

As for the 10 most current posts, strange, I set it to 5 but you still see 10? I am seeing 5 actually myself.

Regarding the 5/10:

I see 5 on your blog’s main page. That would be from the “Blog pages show at most” setting.

I still see 10 in your feed. Either you changed the wrong field at Settings -> Reading or you’re running a caching plugin that is caching feeds.

Yes 5 on the main and I see 5 on my feed too. Strange. But anyway that’s not important now.

Oh, I’m sure someone has some thoughts there, but I’m afraid I don’t know of one off the top of my head.

That being said, I vaguely recall a post here in the last few days about a post delete plugin, so perhaps a search may turn you up something.
