Plugin to notify users to add items to their cart and make offers

    I’m searching for a plugin that makes it possible to host something like WooCommerce, but not selling products, rather make it possible to add products to cart and send an offer request, asking the site owner how much would it cost.

    adding to cart is also not a mandatory option.

    Is your plan to build one website that is sort of a seller’s marketplace? like e-bay where people can bid on items?

    Is there an existing website with the type of functionality that you’re looking for?
