A Plugin Monitor?

Hey there – I’m trying to purge or replace as many of my plugins as I can… just making the site too darn slow. Anyone know a cleaver way to figure out which plugins churn the server and which don’t? Or better yet to monitor their use as a percentage of what makes the site slow?
