A plugin has prevented updates by disabling wp_version_check()

    I’m getting an error on site health which states a plugin has disabled wp Version check which causes updates not to run.
    Solved this issue.
    Discovered that one of our admins had added a whole list of blocked IP addresses. Obviously some or One of these addresses are required.
