A plugin for allowing visitor validate post of other visitor

Hi,

I would like to create a siteweb, where people can create small post.
I would like also that other people should be a part-time moderator: when they are on the site, they can say if the post are “real” or “fake”.
After x number of validation by visitor, the post would be automatically published.

Is it clear?
