A permalink structure is required for this plugin to work

Hello,
I get this error message when I activate WP Cache:
A custom url or permalink structure is required for this plugin to work correctly. Please go to the Permalinks Options Page to configure your permalinks.
On my Permalinks Options, I have :
Default value: https://www.darloup.com/blog/?p=123
Can a kind soul tell me what I’m supposed to do?
