A page return 404 when plugin is enabled, and is OK when plugin disabled

@littledynamo Sorry I cannot publicly disclose that. These varies from site-to-site.

Ok, I understand. Can you assist us with troubleshooting the problem on our site? Every permalink that we create beginning with covid-19 returns a 404. Disabling the plugin fixes things.

1. Is it happening for any specific post type with all the post type if they beginning with covid-19.
2. Have you checked creating some other permalink, does that work fine?
3. Can you create a video of what exactly you are doing (creating page,
   updating permalink etc) and sharing with me?
