A page keep asking for password after password was remove

  • HI,

    I had a password-protected page on my WordPress site. I removed the password and made it public. However, when I visit the page and it asks me to enter a password, it simply re-asks for the password — it does not grant the user access. The page is here and it’s in Persian.

    I am using the Impreza 5.4 theme. I cannot find any advice on why this problem occurs and how to fix it. Godaddy is my host and they said I need to ask for help here!

    Can anyone help, please?

    It’s not asking for a password for me, so either you fixed it in the last hour or your browser is holding a cached copy of the page. Clear your browser cache and remove any cookies related to your site from your browser.

    Thank you, I just tried it myself as well, and doesn’t need a pass.

    The issue is that many clients don’t know how to clear the cache. I guess I need to send them instructions for clearing cache for browsers ( Safari, …) and also on Andriod and iOS devices!
