A number of customers are calling us with issues

Hi,
A number of customer calls us to say the’ve had issues when checking out on Klarna. When I look at the order on our end I see the follow message
Failed to complete the order during the authentication callback. Not matching fields: [shipping_address.postal_code]
Can someone help us understand what this means so we can better advice the customers what is happening and how to help them. And how they should try again to avoid the error?
