    I have a custom post type that has added fields using ACF and the form is used for visitors at the front end. Does it work on the front end?

    Unfortunately, the plugin only works in the admin. The functionalities the plugin adds are specific to actions that you can do in the admin. The same functionalities for the front end would require a different plugin.
