A Newsletter site – how do code this?

I volunteered to create a bi-monthly newsletter site for a school.

The main page will have an icon for each newsletter, and once clicked, it will open up that newsletter – with different boxes on the screen for “from the editor” , “news” and “contents” items.
The contents will just be links to different pages of that newsletter, once clicked will display that newsletter starting from that page.

Obviously, there will be several newsletters as time goes by.

I would like to do this in wordpress if I can – however I’m not sure how to code it so that I can store multiple newsletters in the same database, yet, only show one when a user clicks it.
I thought of perhaps using page hierarchy, defining a newsletter to be a parent, and all its pages to be below that parent page.
