A New WP “Feature”? Cache…….

My question.
I am having to totally rebuild my site. All new server, db and all. I HAVE installed a few plugins that are new-to-me and don’t see where they are causing my “concern”.

Example.
I start the build of a page, (or go back to edit one), and when i chose open with Elementor, i see the revision box. I AM saving my pages (often), and i am seeing that sometimes my latest adjustments on the page are not showing up on the most recent version.

I have:
> Deactivated all plugins except the main ones.
> Cleared WP cache.
> Closed all but four browser tabs.
> Cleared browser cache.
> Changed the cache settings in WP, cleared, test, set back to original setting.
> My host cleared the server cache.
> My host turned the server cache off so that i can keep testing and THAT part will be off of the table.

I didn’t have all this happening on my old set up (and that was on the previous WP version). I HAVE added a few “new-to-me” plugins, but like i said above, i disabled them to test if they were the issue.

Any ideas what i am missing? It’s gotta be something elementary. ??
