A new post isn’t loading

    Hello everyone,

    I have been using this plugin for long and always works properly. This Monday I created a post on my Facebook fanpage and the plugin isn’t loading it. I tried saving the settings again but the issue still persists. Can you help me, please?

    Hi,

    Can I ask you to check what is the Update option of your feed, it should not be “No update”? Please also check whether the cron jobs are working in your hosting.

    Hello @wdsupport,

    Yes, I double-checked that ‘Add new ones remove old’ option is enabled. I also contacted Siteground (my hosting) and they explained to me that the cron jobs are working smoothly, although there are no cron jobs set on my account.

    I tried removing and then reinstalling the plugin, but this didn’t work either.

    Today, I tried creating a new post and setting the feed autoupdate interval to minimum. This new post appeared on my web. The post that isn’t displaying is a public shared post from my personal profile. Are there any issues with shared posts?

    Hi,

    Please, note that when you share something on your page from your personal profile the Facebook API is considering them to be private and is not giving the data. Hence the Facebook wd is not being able to show those posts.
