A new email administrator order will not be sent

Hello, I can’t set up a new email order for an administrator in a second language. The main language is Czech and English. Orders in CZ will be sent to the administrator’s email, orders in En will not be sent to the administrator’s email.

In the woocommerce email settings, in English I do not see a new order email recipient and in Czech language yes.
