A must-have for Twenty Fourteen

This plugin brings the much-needed customization into the Twenty Fourteen theme, and is an absolute must-have if you want to make something out of it. Please note there’s a slightly newer beta version on the author’s page, which also works fine, so you might want to go for it instead.

One thing I wish were different is the settings interface: rearrange for clarity, remove redundancy and superfluous explanations, i.e. for example, rename “TwentyFourteen FitVids Options” to “FitVids,” or better yet, put it under “Scripts” (itself renamed from “TwentyFourteen Optional Scripts”). The description of every checkbox does not need to start with “Check to …,” etc. Detailed explanations could be moved into the readme.txt file, or some on-demand help pop-up, making the settings as concise as possible. This is not a major issue though; overall, this plug-in should be a part of the theme.
