A much needed tool to load Google Tag Manager

  • I wanted to load Google Tag Manager to my site but since Google specified adding it after the <body> tag, I had trouble figuring out precisely how to do that without vaporizing my site. I could easily add GA to my header without a plugin, which is what I originally wanted, but then decided on GTM instead.

    WPBeginner has an excellent video on how to work with GTM, but their own Header Footer plugin only works with Header & Footer. Stefano’s Header Footer plugin does precisely what I need, and more. After verifying source code and Inspecting for errors, everything appears to be running smoothly.

    I can’t rave enough about this plugin. I give it a solid 5/7!
