    We inspected your URL and it seems like the mandatory attribute ‘target’ is missing in tag ‘form’.

    The target position is a must need because it indicates where to display the form response after submitting the form. The value must be _blank or _top.

    Same as how you have added the form in Non-AMP. do the same and add the target attribute to the form so it will resolve the error
