A lot of promise to compete with the big one

Of all the SEO plugins for WordPress SEOPress shows by far the most promise to compete with the biggest one (already better than #2). It has all the pieces to compete but need fine tuning on the features to clean things up, make them easier to use, and make the on-page analysis a bit slicker and full-featured.

I see a lot of promise in this plugin even though it’s not quite at the same level but it is absolutely an excellent alternative especially to the rising price of the pro version of Yoast. For the free versions, SEOPress is awesome and there’s absolutely no reason to go with free Yoast over free SEOPress. Pro version to pro version Yoast ist still ahead though but the price is getting ridiculous so SEOPress wins, definitely.
