    Hey @paula007,

Thank you for contacting us and for using Optimole.

We regret to inform you that your account has been temporarily suspended because you have exceeded the limit of your free account. Please note that the free account is limited to 1k visits, and it appears that this limit has been exceeded.

Although you may see that the number of visits has been reset, we cannot unsuspend the account until an upgrade has been made to a premium subscription in your member’s area. Once this upgrade has been completed, your account will be reactivated and your images will be served properly.

In case you do not wish to upgrade then let me guide you through the steps to resolve the image issue you’re facing:

Visit the Documentation:?Please visit our guide on transferring images back to your server here: Transfer Images to Your Server.
Export Images:?If you prefer to manually download and re-upload the images, you can use our export tool, accessible here: Export Images from Optimole Cloud. This tool will allow you to download all your images in one go.

In both articles, you will find detailed, step-by-step instructions. These should guide you through the process of either transferring or exporting your images smoothly.

Let us know if you have any other questions; thanks!

Thanks, I will do that and get in touch if it doesn’t work. However, it would be good if you knew this before installation so that you can either look for another solution or choose the right plan directly. It’s very frustrating as it is and means a lot of effort for the user.
