A lot of emails with subject “Your Weekly WP Mail SMTP Summary”

    Hello!

    I use a version WP Mail SMPT 3.4.0 and WordPress 6.0

    As administrator on my Email I received a lot of emails with mail summary info.

    Option “Disable Email Summaries weekly delivery.” is activated, and I try do disable it and activate again few times but it do not fix a problem.

    Also I try to find in Pending state task “wp_mail_smtp_summary_report_email” but I cant find it in Pending, Complete and All tabs.

    Please help to fix it…

    I uninstalled the WP MAIL SMTP and WP MAIL QUEUE plugins, then installed the Email LOG plugin and noticed that no more emails with Summaries are sent, there was probably a very long queue and after disabling the plugins it went to the end, I tried to activate WP MAIL SMTP again, its OK now

    Perhaps a reason in plugin SMTP Mailing Queue, I try to activate it and there a lot of Weekly Summaries again…

    Hi @levchukviktor,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It does sound like there may be a plugin conflict. That plugin may be trying to perform a similar function as ours is, so I would leave it deactivated for the time being to make sure the issue does go away. If it does, you can either leave that one deactivated or check with the developer to see if they may have a suggestion on any changes you can make in their plugin to prevent this from happening.
