A lot of data was not imported

    Hello.

    I purchased your premium version as well as a couple extensions (brands and custom orders).

    I was able to import products and customers, however, there are some issues.

    Configurable products did not transfer.
    Products with “Add-on” prices were transferred with issues (the add-on information appears in the description without the ability to select them.

    Orders were not imported
    Not a single order was imported

    Brands were not imported
    No brand information was imported

    Custom order number
    (obvious) since the orders were not imported, neither were the custom order numbers.

    I submitted a ticket through your website with attached images.
    please advise how to move forward.

    I have answered to you through our ticketing system.
    All is imported well if you remove the already imported data with the button “Empty WordPress content” before importing the data again.

    By the way, please don’t use this forum for the Premium version. It is reserved for the free version.
