A lot of 404 in Search console

If the cache option is enabled in your WordPress, you should make sure the below endpoint registered in your WordPress.
https://yourwebsite.com/wp-json/wpstatistics/v1

To register, go to the Permalink page and update the permalink with press Save Changes.

since your last version I have every day thousends of /wp-json/wpstatistics/v1/hit?_= 404 errors in Google search console.

I have enabled WP statistics to WP Super Cache and have saved permalinks with press save changes.

On all my websites the same horor of 404 errors.

How could I stop this errors in WP 5.02.

Me too, this sucks.

Unfortunately, the solution given does not work, Mostafa… have you another idea ?
Maybe temporarily disallow these links via robots.txt ?
If not, I recommend to install in place Google Analytics Dashboard which does not weigh down database.

it is a bug in the plugin. Disallow these links via robots.txt it did not work.

I have every day thousends of 404 messages in Google webmaster tool.

These problems with 404 messages start with the last version of the plugin and the author has no solution.
