    I’m using the free plugin (v4.9.8) on this specific site, which has been great btw, thanks ??

    We recently upgraded servers from a smaller SiteGround plan to slightly bigger on Digital Ocean and I’ve just noticed a license check in every admin page load, even though I’m not currently using an add-ons. It’s making every page load extremely slow.

    Anything I can do to resolve this on my end?

    Any update on this? I’m experiencing the same problem. I can ping license.wpchill.com with good response times, but the curl command to check a license takes at least a few seconds, but in many cases times out after 2 minutes. I have a site with 9 dlm plugins on it, and because of this we can’t manage any of the plugins because every page view is a 2-3 minute timeout.

    I’ve tried running the curl command from a couple of different locations with different upstream networks. Same issue.

    Could you please update to version 4.9.9 and let me know if the problem persists? We’ve made an update that addresses the performance issue, still investigating the license.wpchill.com problem.

    Updated to 4.9.9, and after flushing all caches it seems to have fixed it for me. I’m not seeing the license check on every page load, or if it is, it’s much faster now. Thanks ??
