If the name of the product on the product page equals to name of the product on related products then display it none
I use a plugin which shows the same product on the product page under related product and needs to hide it
You would need to reach out to the support of the plugin you’re using for this feature so they can guide you on not showing the same product under related products section.
WooCommerce has a built in related products section, but it needs to be configured manually (you need to add the related products for each product manually). You can find details about it here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
Alternatively, you can use the Product Recommendations plugin which would automatically show recommended/related products based on your configurations.
