A loading circle and BACK button not working

  • Hello
    In my website, i see a rounding circile, like the site is loading but it keeps on doing that all the time even if th whole site is already loaded. It only stops when i click STOP.

    When i am on a page and clicks BACK, it doesnt go back

    I asked my host support and they said this, but am not sure how to change that, when I google i find how to change wordpress URL

    This is due to the HTML you have one your page, you need to edit your HTML to reflect your correct URL and these problems should go away. I see there is something looking at the /en/ directory, but it appears it does not exist or the file does not.

    I recommend opening developer tools in your browser, refresh your page, and you should see the errors.

    The problem I see is usually in the arabic side of the website

    i tried console but am still not sure where to see errors
    i need to search how to use the debgugging first

    Are there any easier way? I am not lazy but I am busy

    Actually I could not much understand this so I went again and asked the support to help me

    here is what they said

    Thank you, I logged into the site and do see what you are referring to, but I am unable to point it at a server issue, as it appears it’s an issue with either your theme, custom code that was added, or a plugin you are using.

    The one thing I see consistently is jetpack attempting to load this file over and over and over:
    https://widgets.wp.com/languages/notifications/ar.json

    If you go into the admin section, everything works fine without issues, going back, page loading, etc. I would recommend disabling plugins trying to find out what the culprit is … and whatever it is, appears to be trying to load the widgets.wp.com through JetPack.
