There should be Archives, Categories, and Links on the right side. The links do not show…

There is no call for links in your sidebar. Right after categories is a DIV with <!–sidebox end –>

There is a sidebox start and end for all three of them in the editor….what should I do???

The normal debug is to deactivate all your plugins and switch to the default theme. If it works under these settings then you restore everything on at a time until you identify the culprit.

You should also work to fix your validation error.
