A little help on setting up parameters

    The website owner has sent me a couple of parameters, that they would like to have set up on the website.

    • fb_login_id
    • phone
    • external_id
    • dob
    • zip
    • ct
    • st

    We are using your plugin, where do we set up those parameters? Can it be done in the free plugin or do we have to pay for the Pro version?
