• I tried this out about a year ago and again today. While I can respect the enhancements to the user table and the contact form is a nice value add, neither of these make it a CRM.

    CRM tools are most commonly used as sales management or to automate marketing/engagement with clients. This does neither and it also doesn’t link to tools that would allow you to do that. Perhaps an Aweber or Mailchimp integration would be a value add or integration with a full form tool like Gravity Forms or Ninja Forms.

    Visually the interface could be much better as well. Overall pretty disappointing. A fine enhancement to the user table though.
