A list of problems with the new update

I am having the same problems. Any solution?

My entire site is gone! I have been through every step of the fixes, but was advised to go back to the previous version. I haven’t been able to figure out HOW to do that! Help!

devdirARK, Question: Did you have a back up of the site? What about the .htaccess file? I started doing a complete backup weekly and sometimes more.

Was thinking of going back to previous version.

radishmom, have not figured out a solution yet. Troubleshooting usually involves turning off all the plugins, going back to 2011 or 2012 template and starting over, but don’t think it is a plug in this time.

Forgot to add I lost the view in the customization on this site also.

Checking in tomorrow.

@officewife: Disable the Comprehensive Google Map plugin. Also check the Master List for other known-problem plugins:

Also fixed the seo plug in problem when I deactivated the google map plug in.
