a link url of image is still http

    This plugin works great but a link of image will still http not https, like this:

    <a href="https://www.goston.net/images/2015/11/AppleTVDelApp_03.jpg" rel="lightbox"><img src="https://www.goston.net/images/2015/11/AppleTVDelApp_03-800x450.jpg"></a>

    <img> is https, but <a> still http.

    If you use lightbox function on image, it will cause mixed content problem.

    G’day Goston,

    Thanks for the bug report! I’ve deliberately left links alone, but it looks like I’m going to have to handle media file links in some way.
