A link that didn’t work solved the same day

I’m just starting discovering Worldpress and all the themes.
I liked this theme (Consultup) that I downloaded and used for my website.
During my experience of creating some pages, I was surprised to discover a link that didn’t point out in the right page.
I wrote my problem to the team. And I was (positively) surprised to have an answer just in a few hours.
They asked me additional info. then I send a print screen to explain.
After a few more messages, they sent me a plugin extension with the correction.
And it’s magic. Problem solved. And case closed the same day.
