Only on Gravity Forms admin pages when Query Monitor is active:

A JavaScript problem on the page is preventing Query Monitor from working correctly. jQuery may have been blocked from loading.
    (anonymous) @ admin.php?page=gf_edit_forms:921
    load (async)
    (anonymous) @ admin.php?page=gf_edit_forms:917

QM error from page: undefined QM_i18n
    (anonymous) @ admin.php?page=gf_edit_forms:924
    load (async)
    (anonymous) @ admin.php?page=gf_edit_forms:917

Query Monitor is broken on Gravity Forms admin screens.

I’ve disabled all plugins except for Gravity Forms and QueryMonitor and the problem persists. I’ve tried the Twenty Nineteen theme in place of the custom theme –?same result. I’m seeing this on two different client dev sites at the moment.

Everything is running the latest versions (at time of writing):
    Query Monitor: 3.3.7
    Gravity Forms: 2.4.11
    WordPress: 5.2.2

Dev sites are running on Local by Flywheel. nginx. PHP 7.2.9.
