A hyphen (-) in E-mail address Breaks Sending

When an email is attempted to be sent to a user with a ‘-‘ appearing in their email address (in this case in the domain name part), the address is cut off at the hyphen and the email address and the sending bounces.

This behaviour was not present to the same address when sending directly via wpmail or with other SMTP settings.

The log files of WP SES confirm the address being sent to as the email address without all text occuring after and including the ‘-‘

I can probably edit the plugin code myself to amend this, however it would be important for other users that this is fixed. Also, I don’t want to have to think about it when I update the plugin.
