A Host/Site Locked?

I just received following email:

A host, 157.55.32.142(you can check the host at https://ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/157.55.32.142) has been locked out of the WordPress site at https://www.wwefansnation.com until Saturday, May 4th, 2013 at 2:35:24 am UTC due to too many attempts to open a file that does not exist. You may login to the site to manually release the lock if necessary.

and also same email with different A host number….what’s this can you explain me…. thanks
