A Header?

go to ato->Image Location and make sure you selected the correct image location
aslo go to ATO->Style & edit HEADER AREA and hit the save button and do the same for teh Center and Footer option pages

But them I’m the only one with the solution. What about others with the problem, wouldn’t an update correcting the error work better for them?

I did read what you wrote and found your post ambiguous. I have no idea if my suggestions solved your problem. If they didn’t I was willing to help you more, but you need to answer the question first, so I will ask again:

I have the same problem. No header, no menus.
