A great support ticketing system with great support.

We’ve been a user of this software for just about 2 years now – starting with SupportPlus and then migrating to SupportCandy at the end of 2019. We’ve been using the paid version from the beginning, utilizing 5-6 premium addons, starting from April 2018. This software has been an essential software for our business for supporting a world-wide audience of customers. The software is robust, highly configurable, and has great support behind it. We’ve had a paid customization done and we suggested to make it a core-part of the WooCommerce Integration Addon product as it would benefit others and it was put in place soon after as part of the WooCommerce Integration Addon. Support has been very responsive and helpful. There are some small bugs that we’ve noted between SupportPlus and SupportCandy and through support, they are rectifying them. Another part that could be better is the documentation/FAQ section on their site. While there are many bits of documentation that is self-documented throughout the interface, there is a lack of documentation on parts of even the simplest things (creating filters, searching [the search bar is there, but what does it search – Just the subject of the tickets?], etc)
Before choosing SupportPlus, we demo’d about 5 or 6 WP addons and settled on SupportPlus with all Premium addons (at the time). Reasonable Pricing, responsive support, committed to improving the product through implemented suggestions, lots of options, just great overall!
