A great and simple to use tool

I first tried out the free version and quickly purchased the pro version within a few days.

Works straight out of the box and extremely easy to use.

I had a few teething issues due to having to restore a backup (unrelated) and Pradeep has offered excellent support with both timely and helpful responses.

Thank you Pradeep for the excellent plugin and additional support, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a lightweight wordpress ticket system.
