A good social chat plug in

I’m making a travel site on a private server and am looking for a plug in that can set up a chat service. I’d like the ability to make several chat room designations, people to choose a name and start using chat without signing up, and to be able to upload video and photos with the server auto-deleting things after a designated time period set by myself.

Can someone recommend me something like this?
