A good recommendation

  • Someone recently gave a talk to our WordPress group about this plugin and recommended it (and Rene) highly. I have only used the free version which works as a way of testing things before implementing them for real on the live site. There are a couple of oddities but generally it works very well.

    The issue with permalinks was one of them. The other was to do with WP Rocket. It is a while ago now and I can’t remember exactly, but I have a note that there was a warning that it could not write to htaccess. This may be linked with having WordPress in a sub-directory. Sorry to be so vague.
