A good MarketPlace plugin

Hi there. I want to know if there available a kind of a plugin where outside people can register their services and contact numbers. And in the site these items are displayed. They don’t need interaction with the visitors of the site. These items need to be displayed only. And site owner can take payments for these items from the item sellers or item owners. Payments should be available in skrill, Bitcoins and international bank transferring. Hope you get the idea. Site owners take payments form the people who posts items to the site. That’s all. If you know any kind of a plugin that could achieve this functionality, I would highly appreciate. And if it doesn’t exist I am all ready to write my own plugin and I am all ears to any kind of a suggestion here.
