  • Perfectly possible ??
    Go for it.

As Podz says, very possible. Be sure to change the db prefix in the new blog’s wp-config.php to be different than the first blog’s if they’re sharing a db.

So it would probably be best to create a separate DB, then? still have a few left I can create at GoDaddy.

Just FYI, these are personal (aren’t they all?) and the second would be one for my wife. She’s just tired of the whole Y! 360, Blogspot thing.

New db or shared db with different prefixes: same difference really. Whatever’s easiest for you to remember to backup once in a while. ??

    Cool, Thanks Handysolo! ??

Before I’d always have a database for each blog, but recently I tried doing them all in the same database.

I’m at 3 wordpress installs, and there’s not even a hint of slowness or anything. I have no idea how many more I could do, but I’d imagine several

u can know how many installatons can be possible by seeing your mysql limit.

one can install as many as blogs in diff folders or sub-domains if the facility is provided.
